Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Supplier Industrialization Engineer, Casting to drive supplier production from NPI through full production. You will collaborate with engineering, quality, and manufacturing teams, and work directly with suppliers to optimize designs for quality, cost, and cycle time.

You will lead tooling and line development, validate supplier capabilities, and implement process controls while supporting ramp‑ups and capacity expansion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering or related technical field.
• 6+ years in supplier quality and industrialization within manufacturing.
• Experience with mechanical casting manufacturing, IPC standards, CAD, GD&T.
• Ability to travel at least 50% of the time.
• Onsite work at Anduril locations including Costa Mesa, CA.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage mechanical casting commodities to drive supplier production from NPI to full production.
• Act as a force multiplier for the supply chain and commodity strategy with ownership and proactivity.
• Vet supplier capabilities, factory layouts, facilities, and workforce for Approved Supplier List.
• Support SQE in ensuring supplier understanding of part quality criteria.
• Lead tooling and line development at supplier sites to meet performance and quality needs.
• Coordinate capacity expansion readiness and production ramp‑ups at suppliers.
• Drive SPC reviews and process controls at supplier sites.
• Identify improvements to reduce cost, risk, and cycle time across the lifecycle.
