Beehive Industries is seeking a Senior Supplier Quality Engineer to lead supplier quality assurance for aerospace propulsion components, driving continuous improvement and ensuring AS9100/Nadcap compliance. Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in supplier quality engineering, preferably in aerospace or propulsion.
• Knowledge of AS9100, Nadcap, and AS9102 standards.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications, including GD&T.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain a security clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement supplier quality standards and processes for aerospace propulsion systems.
• Evaluate and approve suppliers through audits and assessments.
• Establish quality agreements with suppliers and define KPIs.
• Monitor supplier performance using defect rates, on-time delivery, and specs.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for supplier-related quality issues.
• Collaborate with suppliers to implement preventive measures and continuous improvement.
• Support NPI by ensuring supplier readiness and validating FAI.
