Job summary

EVONA is seeking a Principal Supplier Quality Engineer to lead supplier quality initiatives in a high-performance aerospace manufacturing environment. The role will partner with Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain to ensure supplier compliance and manage SCARs and audits.

The successful candidate will have 9+ years in aerospace supplier quality, experience with space-grade machining, PCBs/PCBAs, and strong AS9100 or ISO 9001 knowledge, plus a engineering/quality degree.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of supplier quality experience in aerospace/defense.
• Experience with space-grade machining, PCBs, PCBAs, integrated assemblies, and test.
• Strong knowledge of AS9100 or ISO 9001.
• Expertise in root cause analysis and supplier development.

Responsibilities

• Lead supplier qualification, performance management, and strategic development.
• Partner with Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain to ensure supplier compliance.
