Job summary

You will manage complex quality initiatives, drive processes, and ensure adherence to QMS requirements while interfacing with suppliers on quality issues.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field and at least 6 years of quality assurance, manufacturing, or military operations experience; aerospace experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 6 years quality assurance/ manufacturing or military operations experience.
• Aerospace industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high performing Quality Engineering team through mentoring, training, and employee development.
• Provide strategic project leadership by managing complex quality initiatives and delivering measurable results.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for supplier quality issues, leading RCCA investigations.
• Maintain expert knowledge of Quality Engineering functions, tools, processes, and QMS requirements.
• Proficient in GD&T and ASME Y14.5; apply SPC techniques to quality planning and analysis.
• Participate in MRB disposition and design document reviews as required.
