Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum of seven years in automotive manufacturing quality control or inspection.
• Experience with quality analysis and teamwork.
• Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, MSA, QSA, and PFMEA.
• Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma and structured problem solving.
• GD&T knowledge.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Develop prevention-oriented incoming-parts inspection processes to avoid production delays.
• Manage supplier quality performance and countermeasures.
• Communicate quality concerns to suppliers in a timely manner.
• Lead supplier audits and review root-cause analyses.
• Perform dimensional analysis to verify parts meet print requirements.
• Mentor engineers and lead onsite supplier quality audits.
