Job summary

Raytheon is seeking a Sr. Manufacturing Supplier Quality Data Analyst to join the Operations Quality Team in Andover, MA.

The role focuses on transforming supplier-related data into actionable insights for incoming material quality, supplier floor escapes, risk identification, and continuous improvement. The analyst will collaborate with Operations and Supplier Quality Engineers to support risk assessments, drive root-cause analysis, and improve data governance.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a Bachelor of Science in STEM or related field and five years of experience
• Experience with Root Cause Corrective Action processes
• Experience in data analytics, identifying trends and creating action plans
• Experience with hardware inspection techniques and interpreting engineering drawings
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance is required (U.S. citizenship)

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze supplier quality data from multiple systems
• Perform trend analysis to identify systemic issues and support root-cause investigation
• Support risk assessments with data-driven insights on supplier capability, stability, and performance
• Propose data governance improvements and standardized metrics
• Lead rapid resolution of supplier-related issues impacting the factory and coordinate with cross-functional teams
• Investigate issues with supplied materials and ensure corrective actions are implemented
• Communicate issues to suppliers and stakeholders; assist with quarantine and containment of suspect defective hardware
