Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management or related field.
• 5+ years in a quality engineering role, preferably in manufacturing.
• Proficiency with root-cause tools (8D, Fishbone, 5 Whys).
• Hands-on with inspection tools and equipment.
• Strong SAP QM knowledge and ISO 9001/AS9100 familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Lead root cause analyses for nonconformities and implement CAPAs.
• Oversee inspection processes and update inspection plans.
• Manage SAP QM data, notifications, inspections and CAPAs.
• Support internal/external audits and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with quality, engineering and manufacturing teams to drive improvements.
