Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of manufacturing operations with 2+ years in quality control and supplier quality.
• Familiarity with sheet metal fabrication and related processes.
• Ability to read blueprints and GD&T; bubble drawings.
• Working knowledge of inspection tools and Quality Management core tools.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Aufgaben

• Conduct supplier qualification activities to verify capability and meeting product requirements.
• Establish quality control standards and procedures for suppliers to ensure a consistent supply chain.
• Create and maintain supplier KPIs.
• Maintain supplier audit program with risk-based scheduling and follow-up actions.
• Initiate and coordinate corrective actions between suppliers, the company and customers.
• Implement improvement programs for suppliers based on customer requirements and needs.
• Respond to supply chain interruptions to meet customer demands.
• Oversee product acceptance program including PPAP.
• Other duties as assigned
