Job summary

Beehive Industries in Cincinnati, Ohio is seeking a Lead Supplier Process Engineer to optimize supplier manufacturing processes and drive continuous improvement across the supply chain.

The role partners with internal manufacturing, engineering and supplier teams to improve process capability, reduce costs, and support new product introductions. Travel to supplier sites will be required, and the ideal candidate will mentor colleagues and lead Lean Six Sigma initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
• 7–10 years in process or manufacturing engineering.
• Experience with supplier management or supply chain operations.
• Knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma methods.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with suppliers to map and optimize manufacturing processes.
• Lead process improvements to reduce waste and variability.
• Coach suppliers and provide technical training.
• Support NPI with supplier readiness and DFx reviews.
• Drive cost-saving and productivity improvements across supplier processes.
