Job summary

Beehive Industries seeks a Lead Supplier Process Engineer to optimize supplier manufacturing processes and drive cost, quality, and efficiency improvements. You will partner with internal teams and supplier bases, coach suppliers, and support NPI transitions while traveling to supplier sites as needed.

The role requires hands-on problem-solving, strong collaboration, and the ability to build cross-functional relationships to elevate supplier performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Process, or related field.
• 7–10 years in process/manufacturing engineering, supplier management or supply chain.
• Lean Six Sigma or similar methodology experience.
• Ability to read & interpret engineering drawings and GD&T.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% to supplier sites.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with suppliers to map and optimize processes, reducing waste and variability.
• Lead SPC and quality improvements with the supplier base.
• Support NPI and first article reviews with suppliers.
• Mentor teammates and drive continuous improvement across workflows.
• Provide training to suppliers on process capabilities and best practices.
