Job summary

Beehive Industries is seeking a Lead Procurement Analyst to manage sourcing, purchasing, and supply for New Product Introduction (NPI) and manufacturing. You will partner with Engineering, Operations, and Finance to ensure timely, compliant, and cost-effective materials and tooling.

The role requires a technical procurement background, strong supplier management, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. Centennial, CO location with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business or IT; Master’s preferred.
• 5+ years in procurement, sourcing, buying, or inventory planning in technical purchasing.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes, supplier management and sourcing strategies.
• Ability to liaise with outside vendors; clear verbal and written communications.
• Experience in aerospace or industrial industries and knowledge of gov’t compliance for sourcing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies aligned with Programs and Engineering.
• Evaluate supplier quotations for prototypes, development, and production.
• Source materials, tooling, and services for NPI and manufacturing.
• Monitor supplier lead times and identify risks to milestones.
• Coordinate first-time buys, prototypes, and production transition requirements.
• Support make/buy analysis and supplier selection.
• Collaborate with IT, Finance, Legal, and Operations on procurement system needs.
• Set stocking levels, reorder points, and replenishment for shop supplies.
• Identify opportunities to consolidate suppliers and reduce costs.
• Build and maintain supplier relationships for routine items.
• Expedite hardware as needed to meet schedules and shipments.
