Job summary

Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Sector seeks a Program Manager 2 - Supplier Management Team Lead to drive high quality program execution on a restricted program in Melbourne, Florida. The role requires on-site presence on a 9/80 schedule with every other Friday off and focus on supplier outcomes.

The ideal candidate will lead multidisciplined teams, manage cost, schedule and technical performance, and ensure contract compliance while engaging customers and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 10 years (or Bachelor of Science in STEM and 9 years) of related experience, OR a Master’s degree and 8 years (or Master of Science in STEM and 7 years) of related experience.
• Experience in project/program management, engineering, capture efforts, and/or business management.
• Ability to travel domestically 10% of the time.
• Ability to obtain/maintain U.S. government Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Execute programs by managing cost, schedule and technical performance objectives.
• Ensure contract compliance and execution of SSOW requirements including SDRL submittals.
• Oversee program planning and execution through all phases from concept to retirement.
• Develop and maintain relationships with engineering, operations, suppliers, and customers.
• Deliver program performance reports and present to stakeholders.
