Northrop Grumman Defense Systems is seeking a Supplier Manufacturing Engineer (Principal level) to join the Roy, UT team. You will coordinate Engineering, Production, Supply Chain, and Quality to ensure material plans align with program schedules and milestones.

The role involves leading supplier metrics, driving cost and schedule recovery, and mitigating material risks while communicating status to stakeholders. Active DoD Secret clearance and U.S.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret security clearance required.
• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Experience across engineering, supply chain/procurement, and manufacturing to resolve material issues.
• Knowledge of time-phased material requirements (MRP, demand planning).
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; experience with PLM/ERP/MRP systems (Teamcenter/SAP/Delmia).
• Lean Six Sigma understanding.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate engineering, production, supply chain, planning, quality, and management to ensure plans align with schedules.
• Own time-phased material planning based on releases, BOMs, and program schedules to support milestones.
• Drive SSOW, PR, and PO execution; resolve material impacts with internal teams and suppliers.
• Identify and mitigate material risks and track material health metrics.
• Lead or support process improvements to enhance material flow and data integrity.
