Job summary

Blue Origin in Seattle is seeking experienced professionals to join our Supplier Recovery Team (SRT). In this role, you will collaborate with suppliers to ensure they meet our performance metrics while managing critical projects. You will have a direct impact on the history of space exploration and contribute to our ambitious production goals.

The ideal candidate should have a B.S. in engineering, 4+ years of relevant experience, and a passion for quality and safety practices in human spaceflight. Relocation assistance and competitive compensation are offered.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in an engineering, supply chain, or quality role.
• Experience in hardware development and manufacturing of complex electronic assemblies.
• Experience with fault tree analysis and value stream or process flow mapping.

Responsibilities

• Improve quality, cost, delivery, and capacity metrics across the supply chain.
• Create, improve, and implement supplier quality and manufacturing processes.
• Develop, analyze, and present process metrics to encourage quality improvements.
