Experis Technology Group client in Milwaukee, a global leader in advanced manufacturing, seeks a Senior Supplier Development Manager to lead supplier performance across quality, delivery, and capacity.

You will drive Lean, Six Sigma, APQP/PPAP and manage supplier readiness for new product launches while coordinating with global teams. This onsite role requires 10+ years in supplier development and 50%+ travel.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in Supplier Development, Supplier Quality, Manufacturing, Plant Quality, or Supply Chain.
• Strong expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, APQP, PPAP, supplier audits, and capacity analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Lead supplier performance improvement initiatives across quality, delivery, capacity, scalability, and sustainability.
• Drive Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Kaizen initiatives to improve supplier operational performance.
• Manage supplier readiness activities for new product launches, including APQP, PPAP, and process validation.
• Conduct supplier audits, capability assessments, capacity reviews, and risk mitigation activities.
• Lead supplier recovery efforts, root cause analysis, and cross-functional continuous improvement projects.
