Job summary

Experis, a global leader in technology services, seeks a Senior Supplier Development Manager to drive supplier performance across quality, delivery, and capacity for a Milwaukee-based team. This onsite role reports to the Supply Chain and Operations organization and requires heavy travel (50%+ domestically and internationally) and a through February 2027 contract duration.

Expect engagement with executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in Supplier Development, Supplier Quality, Manufacturing, Plant Quality, or Supply Chain.
• Strong expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, APQP, PPAP, supplier audits, and capacity analysis.
• Proven track record of improving supplier performance, quality metrics, and delivery reliability.
• Ability to travel 50%+ domestically and internationally while collaborating effectively in global, cross-functional environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead supplier performance improvement initiatives across quality, delivery, capacity, scalability, and sustainability.
• Drive Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Kaizen initiatives to improve supplier operational performance.
• Manage supplier readiness activities for new product launches, including APQP, PPAP, and process validation.
• Conduct supplier audits, capability assessments, capacity reviews, and risk mitigation activities.
• Lead supplier recovery efforts, root cause analysis, and cross-functional continuous improvement projects.
