Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Quality Engineering, or a related technical field required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Supplier Quality/Development or related disciplines.
• Experience with supplier audits and development plans.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement.
