Job summary

The Boeing Company is seeking a Senior Procurement Agent to join the team in Philadelphia, PA or St Louis City, MO. This role oversees supply and demand, schedules, supplier quality, and financial performance while negotiating pricing and contract terms to create binding agreements.

Responsibilities include executing negotiation strategies, enforcing contract terms, and guiding supplier performance teams to develop strategic solutions across programs and commodities.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience with supplier management or procurement practices.
• 5+ years leading projects from contract award through delivery.
• 5+ years of experience drafting, negotiating and executing complex contracts.
• 5+ years of experience communicating with senior leaders/executives.
• Domestic and international travel as needed.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Project).

Responsibilities

• Prepares and executes proprietary information agreements.
• Supports sourcing strategies, negotiations and contract documentation.
• Partnering with Program and Engineering teams to source for programs.
• Performs continuous review and analysis of demand and supply.
• Communicates performance expectations and metrics to evaluate supplier performance.
• Engage with multiple disciplines and program stakeholders to solve problems.
