Our retail client is seeking a Senior Supervisor of Building Automation Systems (BAS) to lead the strategy, performance, and continuous improvement of building automation and facilities technology platforms.

This role oversees BAS operations, modernization initiatives, and vendor partnerships while working cross-functionally with Facilities, Engineering, IT, Construction, and Operations teams to improve reliability, response times, and cost efficiency.

Key Focus Areas:

• BAS strategy, optimization, and system enhancements
• Retrofit and modernization program leadership
• Vendor and systems integrator management
• Team leadership and development

Ideal Background:

• 6+ years in technical or facilities leadership roles
• Experience with HVAC, electrical, and building systems
