Job summary

Ideal candidates hold an Associate’s Degree or higher with 3+ years of supervisory experience and 5+ years in manufacturing operations; a Bachelor's degree and Lean certification are a plus. Relocation and travel may be required.

Your Skills And Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Associate’s Degree/Technical Diploma or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution
• Three (3) years of supervisory experience in a private, public, government or military environment
• Five (5) years of manufacturing operations experience in a private, public, government or military environment
