This role leads a manufacturing engineering team, ensures safe, quality production, and aligns deliverables with plant goals. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in an engineering or science discipline (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution.
• Five (5) years of combined engineering and/or manufacturing experience in a private, public, government or military environment.
• Eight (8) years of combined engineering and/or manufacturing experience in a private, public, government or military environment.

• Supports safely and efficiently manufacturing quality products in their area of responsibility.

Your Skills And Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in an engineering or science discipline (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution
• Five (5) years of combined engineering and/or manufacturing experience in a private, public, government or military environment

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Eight (8) years of combined engineering and/or manufacturing experience in a private, public, government or military environment
• Experience supervising manufacturing engineers and/or hourly personnel
• Experience leading cross-functional teams
• Experience with compounding, coating, slitting and/or converting processes
• Experience effectively using and analyzing process data to drive decisions

This range represents a good faith estimate for this position.
