Job summary

Bluegrass Supply Chain Services is seeking a 2nd Shift Warehouse Supervisor in Findlay, OH to lead daily warehouse operations. This hands-on role focuses on team leadership, safety, inventory accuracy, and efficient shift execution.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in warehouse supervision, forklift experience, and familiarity with WMS, shipping, receiving, and inventory processes. Strong communication and problem-solving are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of warehouse supervisory or team lead experience.
• 2+ years of forklift experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification.
• WMS, inventory, shipping, receiving, or scanning experience preferred.
• Ability to regularly lift 50–75 pounds.
• Ability to work in varying warehouse temperatures.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong commitment to safety and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support warehouse team members on 2nd shift.
• Coordinate workflow to meet safety, quality, productivity, and service goals.
• Operate a forklift as needed for loading, unloading, staging, and material movement.
• Train, coach, and develop team members.
• Monitor performance and address operational issues.
• Enforce safety procedures and company policies.
• Support accurate inventory movement, scanning, and system transactions.
• Inspect equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Verify trailers and equipment are safe for loading.
• Complete shipping documentation and system updates.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse.
