As a Senior Supermarket Rack Refrigeration HVAC Technician at our local retail store, your role will involve supporting and overseeing repairs within Walmart's Refrigeration HVAC equipment team and assets, utilizing commercial HVAC and Refrigeration skills, hand tools, digital tools, power tools, and other equipment to complete jobs.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 10 years of experience in commercial Refrigeration HVAC maintenance
• Large-Scale Rack Refrigeration Experience
• EPA Type I/Type II or Universal Certification for Refrigerant handling
• Valid state-issued driver's license with a clean driving record and ability to pass an MVR
• 18 years or older with a High School Diploma or equivalent

Job Duties:

• Maintain and repair Walmart's Refrigeration HVAC equipment and assets using appropriate skills and tools.
• Utilize the work order management system to receive and document repair activities.
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance calls.
• Inspect, operate, or test facilities and equipment to diagnose issues.
• Complete all required safety training for operating equipment and tools.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and EPA regulations by following Walmart's safety and environmental policies.
• Lift up to 75 pounds, work at heights, and move ladders as needed.

Compensation:

• Salary range: $56,160 - $106,080
• Sign-on bonus of $2000 (for select locations)
• Compensation based on experience, skills, and other factors
• Eligible for bonus incentives
