As a Senior Supermarket Rack Refrigeration HVAC Technician at our local retail store, your role will support and oversee repairs within the Walmart facilities' Refrigeration HVAC equipment team and assets. You will utilize your commercial HVAC and Refrigeration skills, along with hand tools, digital tools, power tools, and other equipment, to complete jobs.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 10 years of experience in commercial Refrigeration HVAC maintenance
• Large-Scale Rack Refrigeration Experience
• Type I/Type II or Universal Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Certification for Refrigerant handling
• Valid state-issued driver's license with a clean driving record and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) report
• Must be 18 years or older with a High School Diploma or equivalent

Job Duties:

• Maintain and repair Walmart facility's Refrigeration HVAC equipment and assets using commercial HVAC and Refrigeration skills, hand tools, digital tools, power tools, and other equipment.
• Utilize the work order management system to receive repair Work Orders, support Stores and Store associates, and document repair activities.
• Provide prompt response to emergency maintenance calls.
• Inspect, operate, or test facilities, equipment, or fixtures to diagnose issues.
• Complete all required training to operate equipment and tools safely.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and EPA regulations by following Walmart's Refrigeration HVAC safety policies and environmental guidelines.
• Lift up to 75 pounds, work at heights, and move ladders as needed.

Compensation:

• Salary range: $56,160 - $106,080
• Currently offering a $2000 sign-on bonus (for select locations)
• Compensation packages are based on skills, experience, qualifications, and other factors.
• Eligible for bonus incentives.
