Senior Supermarket Rack Refrigeration HVAC Technician (Finance)

Job Description

Walmart is expanding its workforce across local retail stores and is actively recruiting a Senior Supermarket Rack Refrigeration HVAC Technician. If you have relevant experience in this field, we invite you to bring your skills to our dynamic and welcoming environment.

Your role will support and oversee repairs within Walmart's Refrigeration HVAC equipment team, utilizing commercial HVAC and Refrigeration skills, hand tools, digital tools, power tools, and other equipment.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 10 years of experience in commercial Refrigeration HVAC maintenance
• Large-Scale Rack Refrigeration Experience
• Type I/Type II or Universal EPA Certification for Refrigerant handling
• Valid driver's license with a clean record and ability to pass MVR
• At least 18 years old with a High School Diploma or equivalent

Job Duties:

• Maintain and repair Refrigeration HVAC equipment and assets
• Use work order management system to receive and document repair activities
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance calls
• Inspect, operate, or test facilities and equipment to diagnose issues
• Complete required safety training
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and EPA regulations
• Lift up to 75 pounds, work at heights, and use ladders as needed

Compensation:

• Salary range: $56,160 - $106,080
• Sign-on bonus of $2000 (select locations)
• Additional compensation based on skills, experience, and qualifications
• Eligible for bonus incentives
