LVI Associates seeks a Senior Superintendent to lead field construction of water and wastewater facilities across the Upper Midwest. This traveling role demands hands-on leadership, strict safety, and on-time delivery of complex infrastructure projects.

You will manage crews, coordinate subcontractors, and work closely with project managers, owners, engineers, and inspectors while maintaining schedules and budgets. Extensive travel is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Superintendent experience on water and wastewater treatment plant projects.
• Strong understanding of treatment plant construction including structural concrete, process piping, equipment installation, and underground utilities.
• Experience managing projects ranging from municipal treatment plant upgrades to new facility construction.
• Self-perform construction experience strongly preferred.

• Coordinate daily operations, manpower, equipment, and materials.
• Monitor project schedules and ensure milestones are achieved.

Our client is seeking an experienced Traveling Superintendent to oversee the construction of water and wastewater treatment facilities across the Upper Midwest. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on construction professional who enjoys managing complex infrastructure projects, leading field teams, and delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.

This position requires extensive travel throughout the upper midwest. We are looking for individuals with a strong background in water and wastewater treatment plant construction, particularly those who have worked for self-performing contractors and understand how to manage field operations, crews, subcontractors, and project schedules.
