Job summary

MPI is seeking a Senior Superintendent for high-profile commercial projects in Pasadena and Pacific Palisades, Southern California. You will lead all field operations from mobilization through project completion, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

• 10+ years of experience as a Superintendent with a commercial general contractor.
• Proven success leading ground-up commercial construction projects from start to finish.
• Experience managing large, complex projects and coordinating multiple trades.
• Strong understanding of scheduling, sequencing, quality control, and safety.
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and construction management technology.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
