Job summary

DEW Construction is seeking a Senior Superintendent with multifamily and healthcare experience to lead all field activities for DEW and subcontractors, ensuring contract requirements are met while upholding safety, budget, and schedule goals.

You will oversee self-perform work and coordinate DEW and subcontractor personnel on-site, including other Superintendents when required, while fostering a culture of accountability and safety across the project team.

Qualifications

• Extensive supervisory experience in construction.
• Strong scheduling and planning abilities.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Safety compliance and OSHA understanding.
• Customer-focused and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Oversee field activities of DEW employees and subs to meet contract requirements.
• Lead turnover, planning, and project meetings with subs, vendors, owner, and architect.
• Ensure safety, budget, and schedule adherence on site.
• Manage self-perform work and coordination of all on-site personnel.
• Coach and mentor DEW team to improve performance and development.
• Review submittals, budgets, and CPM/shcedules as needed.
• Prepare and submit daily field reports and timecards.
• Communicate project decisions to all affected parties and design teams.
