• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and scopes of work.
• Procore, Microsoft Project experience is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, quality control, and job site safety.

Our client, a growing real estate development and construction company, is looking for an experienced Senior Superintendent to lead a multifamily construction project in Portland. This is an opportunity for a seasoned field leader to take ownership of a complex project, guide site execution, and work closely with the project team to deliver a high-quality finished product.

The Senior Superintendent will lead field operations with a high level of independence, overseeing subcontractor coordination, construction sequencing, site logistics, and schedule management.

You’ll help anticipate challenges, resolve field issues, and maintain clear communication across the team while setting expectations for safety, quality, and accountability.
