Qualifications

• 7-9 years of experience as a Superintendent required.
• OSHA 30 HR certification must be completed within 90 days of hire.
• Prefer a minimum of 5 years multi-family construction supervisory experience.

• Lead all onsite aspects of the project and develop a culture that promotes mentoring.
• Clearly communicate with project teams and maintain documentation.
• Monitor safety, scheduling, and quality control to meet project expectations.
