Job summary

Leoforce in Chicago is seeking a Senior Superintendent to lead multifamily high-rise and mid-rise construction from groundbreaking to closeout. You will manage on-site activities, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure adherence to plans, schedules, and safety standards. The role requires 8+ years in supervision, proven leadership on urban sites, and strong knowledge of construction sequencing and building systems.

OSHA 30 preferred. The team values precision, safety, and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in construction supervision, with a strong track record in multifamily high-rise and/or mid-rise projects.
• Proven leadership in managing complex urban construction sites.
• Deep understanding of construction sequencing, building systems, and safety compliance.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. OSHA 30 certification preferred.
