Job summary

Associated Drywall Partners seeks an experienced Senior Superintendent to lead multiple commercial construction projects in the Indianapolis area. You will mentor field leaders, coordinate field operations, and ensure safety, quality, schedule, and communication across projects.

This hands-on leadership role requires walking sites, solving problems, and partnering with Project Management to keep projects moving forward.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading commercial construction field teams.
• Ability to mentor Superintendents and Assistant Superintendents.
• Proven track record coordinating multi-project field operations.
• Strong understanding of drawings, specs, and sequencing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to hold teams accountable while building relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide field leadership and operational oversight across multiple active commercial construction projects.
• Support Superintendents in planning and executing daily and weekly field operations.
• Conduct regular site visits to evaluate progress, safety, quality, and coordination.
• Identify issues before they impact production or schedule.
• Develop recovery plans and coordinate field resources across projects.
• Mentor and develop field leaders and onboarding new Superintendents.
• Promote safety, quality control, and consistent standards.
