Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Senior Superintendent for our residential construction team in Florida. You will oversee the full build process, lead crews, and coordinate subcontractors to deliver high‑quality homes on schedule and within budget.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar residential construction role.
• Subcontractor management experience coordinating multiple teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong leadership and team management to motivate and supervise crews.
• Deep knowledge of construction processes, materials, tools, and safety regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency with construction management software and related technologies.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; CCM or PMP certification advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all stages of the residential construction process from pre‑construction to completion.
• Lead and supervise construction teams and provide training as needed.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors to align with plans and specs.
• Perform regular site inspections, monitor progress, and implement corrective actions.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, architects, and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, codes, and company policies.
• Participate in pre‑construction planning, including estimates and scheduling.
