Cherry Talent Group seeks a seasoned Superintendent to lead the construction of luxury, architecturally driven custom homes across Scottsdale and the greater Phoenix area.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of leadership in luxury custom home construction or equivalent high-end residential projects
• Deep understanding of refined materials, finishes and modern building systems
• Leadership style rooted in communication, integrity and accountability

Responsibilities

• Oversee full lifecycle of multi-million-dollar custom home builds from groundbreaking through final handoff
• Direct all field operations, ensuring flawless execution, precision, and safety
• Coordinate and mentor subcontractors and craftsmen who share commitment to excellence
• Partner closely with architects, designers, and clients to bring complex, detailed visions to life
• Maintain tight control over schedules and budgets while protecting quality above all else
• Represent the project with professionalism on-site and with discerning homeowners
