Vivmark Residential seeks a Superintendent II in Florida to lead multifamily and mixed-use projects, ensuring safety, schedule adherence, and top-quality outcomes. This role requires independent management of major work phases, collaboration with project leadership, trade partners, and field teams.

You will drive field execution, oversee multiple scopes, and mentor junior personnel while upholding the highest standards of construction quality and safety across projects in major markets.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multifamily or large residential construction phases.
• Ability to independently manage multiple trades and scopes.
• Strong knowledge of scheduling, quality control, safety, and building codes.
• Experience coordinating inspections with municipal agencies.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and project schedules.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate assigned phases of construction.
• Manage multiple trades while maintaining schedule, quality, safety.
• Monitor subcontractor performance and workmanship.
• Review project schedules with Project Managers and identify risks.
• Develop short‑term look‑ahead schedules.
• Coordinate inspections and code compliance.
• Identify jobsite issues and implement solutions.
• Participate in project meetings and mentor junior staff.
