Job summary

Corevia Search is seeking an experienced Superintendent for a major 300MW hyperscale data center project in Colorado. You will lead day-to-day field operations, coordinate subcontractors, and drive safety, schedule, and quality on a fast-paced construction site.

The role requires proven superintendent experience on large-scale projects and a strong background in field operations, with a focus on mission-critical environments.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Superintendent on large-scale construction projects.
• Experience on mission-critical, data center or technology facilities preferred.
• Strong background in field operations and subcontractor management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site operations and construction activities.
• Manage subcontractors, trade partners and field personnel.
• Coordinate construction sequencing, schedules and project milestones.
• Ensure safety standards and project specifications are met.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and site leadership.
• Monitor productivity, quality control and installation progress.
• Identify and resolve site issues, delays and conflicts.
• Coordinate inspections, testing, commissioning and handover.
