Job summary

Navitas Resourcing Group is seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead field operations on major hyperscale data centre projects in Virginia or Texas. Projects are valued up to $500 million and require delivery of complex, technically demanding construction work.

You will drive sequencing, site logistics, safety, quality, and programme performance while coordinating with project leadership and trade partners to keep momentum and meet high standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a General Superintendent or in a comparable senior field leadership role.
• Strong command of construction sequencing, scheduling, logistics and subcontractor management.
• The ability to coordinate multiple trades and lead high-performing field teams.
• A proactive approach to safety, quality, problem-solving and programme delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead field execution on large-scale hyperscale data centre projects in Virginia or Texas.
• Drive construction sequencing, site logistics, subcontractor coordination, safety, quality and programme performance.
• Maintain momentum across complex construction activities and resolve challenges.
