Job summary

Elford, Inc. is looking for an experienced Superintendent with a strong background in Multifamily construction who takes ownership of the jobsite and knows how to keep complex projects moving.

What You'll Do: Lead day-to-day field operations for higher education and commercial projects, coordinate Elford crews, subcontractors, materials, equipment, and inspections, maintain a strong jobsite presence, and drive work according to schedule.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of commercial construction experience
• 5+ years in a Superintendent or Foreman leadership role
• Proven experience leading higher education and commercial projects
• Experience managing renovations, additions, occupied spaces, or ground-up construction

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day field operations for higher education and commercial projects
• Coordinate Elford crews, subcontractors, materials, equipment, and inspections
• Maintain a strong jobsite presence and drive work according to schedule
• Manage work in active campus and occupied environments when required
• Enforce safety, quality, and company standards
• Ensure construction is completed in accordance with plans and specifications
• Communicate effectively with owners, architects, trade partners, and project teams
• Partner closely with Project Managers to resolve issues and deliver successful projects
