Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a seasoned construction leader to run onsite activities for a 32-story luxury high-rise condominium in South Florida. You will partner with the Project Manager and Project Executive to develop schedules and coordinate crews, equipment, and subcontractors to meet tight production goals.

Ideal candidates bring 8+ years with a GC, proven high-rise experience, and strong skills in scheduling, contract administration, and field operations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of construction industry experience with a general contractor.
• Proven experience leading high-rise residential or multifamily projects.
• Strong knowledge of scheduling, contract administration, manpower planning, and field operations.
• Experience managing luxury condominium or multifamily tower construction projects.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
