• Experience as a Superintendent on commercial or institutional projects.
• Background in healthcare, higher education, K-12, or similar markets preferred.
• Strong leadership and subcontractor management skills.
• Ability to manage schedules, site logistics, and project documentation.
• Commitment to safety and delivering high-quality work.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily site operations from project start through completion.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, schedules, and field teams.
• Maintain project safety, quality, and production standards.
• Track project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders.
