Qualifications

• Experience as a Senior Superintendent or in a comparable senior field role on large commercial projects.
• Ground-up healthcare experience is a major plus.
• Other large ground-up commercial or institutional experience will also be considered.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Run day-to-day field operations on a ground-up healthcare project from start to closeout.
• Manage schedule, subcontractor performance, quality, and site safety.
• Work with project managers, owners, architects, and engineers to keep the job on track.
• Lead and develop field teams.
