Job summary

Scott Humphrey Corporation is seeking a Superintendent with heavy commercial and/or healthcare construction experience. The Superintendent will oversee general construction operations for projects valued between $15M and $50M. Strong expertise in high-rise skyscrapers, major hospitals, and government facilities is required.

With a commitment to safety and quality, the ideal candidate will possess at least 4 years of experience in this role, ensuring project success from ground up to completion.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years as a Project Superintendent overseeing ground up, new construction projects.
• Skilled in Procore and/or other construction-related computer software, as well as Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Interface with local jurisdiction inspectors and city and county officials.
• Enforce jobsite safety protocols and conduct regular safety meetings.
• Manage the work performed to ensure it conforms to the contract documents.
• Develop schedules and determine sequencing of work.
