Job summary
MPI's Southern California division seeks a Senior Superintendent to lead on-site execution for large-scale ground-up multifamily and senior living projects. You will manage subcontractors, coordinate daily site operations, and partner with the Project Manager to deliver projects on time, safely and to the highest quality, with current assignments ranging from $60M to $240M across the LA region.

Qualifications
- 8+ years of Superintendent experience with a commercial general contractor
- Ground-up multifamily experience preferred
- Experience with senior living, mixed-use, podium, or large commercial projects is a plus
- Proven success leading projects valued at $40M+
- Strong scheduling, coordination, quality control, and safety leadership skills
- Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, PlanGrid, and Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication and team leadership abilities
Responsibilities
- Oversee all on-site construction activities from groundbreaking through project completion
- Manage subcontractors and coordinate daily site operations
- Maintain project schedules and conduct safety meetings
- Partner with the Project Manager to deliver successful projects
- Currently assigned projects include $60M-$240M ground-up multifamily and senior living developments across the region
