Job summary

MPI is seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead a 325-unit ground-up multifamily project in Charlotte. You will manage all onsite construction activities, coordinate subcontractors and suppliers, and drive the project from mobilization to turnover.

The role requires strong leadership, independent work ability, and exceptional communication to maintain schedules, safety, and quality. Competitive USD 100k–130k salary plus performance bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Superintendent experience on multifamily projects.
• Ground-up construction experience.
• Ability to manage projects independently.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience coordinating multiple subcontractors and trades.

Responsibilities

• Manage on-site construction from mobilization to turnover.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Maintain schedules and sequencing of work.
• Ensure safety and quality compliance.
• Lead daily site inspections and meetings.
• Track progress and address field challenges.
• Coordinate inspections, punch lists, and closeouts.
• Collaborate with Project Management and Operations.
• Maintain documentation and daily reporting.
• Deliver project on time and within budget.
