• Direct experience managing ground-up multifamily construction projects for a general contractor.
• 10+ years of progressive construction field management experience.
• Proven experience delivering ground-up multifamily projects, preferably mid-rise or larger.
• Established South Florida construction relationships with local subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and trade partners.
• Strong leadership with ability to mentor Superintendents and develop field teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ground-up multifamily construction projects from mobilization through completion.
• Lead and manage Superintendents, Assistant Superintendents, subcontractors, and field personnel.
• Manage construction schedules, sequencing, logistics, quality control, and field operations.
• Coordinate closely with Project Managers, Project Executives, and senior leadership.
• Maintain strong relationships with local subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and trade partners.
• Identify and resolve field challenges while maintaining project schedules and quality.
• Mentor and develop field personnel to build a pipeline of future leaders.
• Take on increasing responsibilities across multiple projects as part of a long-term succession plan.

We are representing an established and highly respected South Florida general contractor seeking an experienced Senior Superintendent with a strong background in ground-up multifamily construction.

• Established South Florida construction relationships, including local subcontractors, trade partners, vendors, and industry contacts.
• Strong understanding of the South Florida construction market, permitting processes, and regional building practices.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex construction schedules, subcontractor coordination, and field operations.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor Superintendents and manage multiple field teams.
• Stable employment history demonstrating career progression, commitment, and long-term relationships.
• Professional communication skills and the ability to work effectively with owners, developers, architects, and internal leadership.
• Ambition and leadership ability to eventually transition into a General Superintendent position.
