This position is ideal for a seasoned leader who can manage large commercial projects including schools, hospitals, data centers, and other high-profile facilities. The role requires proven experience overseeing 50+ field workers and managing all aspects of project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate large electrical construction projects from start to finish.

• Manage and supervise a team of 50+ field personnel, ensuring safety, productivity, and quality.

• Plan, schedule, and monitor work activities, material orders, and resource allocation.

• Communicate and coordinate with general contractors, project managers, and other trades.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Ability to oversee work scope, material procurement, and coordination of multiple trades.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make critical decisions on-site.
