Base pay range

$113,600.00/yr - $150,600.00/yr

Location: USACE Project near Des Moines, Iowa. Per diem will be provided for those willing to travel from other locations and work onsite.

The Tepa Companies are seeking a Senior Superintendent responsible for project execution, safety, and quality throughout preconstruction, construction, and close-out activities. You will supervise a large federal project, requiring knowledge in every stage of ground-up vertical construction projects. Experience with DoD and USACE projects is preferred.

Responsibilities include:

• Pre-construction planning and coordination
• Establishing and verifying quality control and safety programs
• Managing daily inspections, schedules, and documentation
• Overseeing subcontractors and coordinating inspections and testing
• Handling project close-out activities such as punch list and documentation completion

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 10+ years of relevant construction experience
• Knowledge of construction trades and safety standards
• OSHA 30-hour certification within last 5 years
• Current First aid/CPR certification
• Proficiency in ProCore, BlueBeam, Microsoft Word and Excel
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to pass drug test and background check for US military access
