IAPMO Group in La Vista/Omaha, NE is seeking a Senior Superintendent to lead large, complex commercial construction projects from mobilization through completion. You will own safety, quality, scheduling, and subcontractor performance on multi‑million dollar jobs.

With 12+ years of experience and a track record of projects valued at $25M+, you will mentor field teams, coordinate trades, and partner with PMs, architects, engineers, and owners to deliver outstanding results.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in commercial construction with superintendent-level leadership.
• Experience leading projects valued at $25M+.
• OSHA 30 certification.
• Strong scheduling, site logistics, safety management, and subcontractor coordination.
• Ability to read drawings and manage schedules.
• Experience with Primavera P6 or Procore preferred.

Location: La Vista / Omaha, NE – On-site. Take charge of exciting commercial construction projects throughout the Omaha region while working alongside a collaborative, experienced leadership team. Note: Candidates must have 12+ years of commercial construction experience, proven experience leading commercial projects valued at $25 million or more, and OSHA 30 certification. Strong field leadership, subcontractor coordination, and construction scheduling experience are essential.

• Anticipate project risks, resolve field issues, and maintain high standards for safety, productivity, and quality.
• Mentor Superintendents and field personnel, helping build a strong, accountable, high‑performing team.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of commercial construction experience, including significant Superintendent or field leadership responsibilities.
• Proven experience independently leading commercial construction projects valued at $25M+.
• OSHA 30 certification required.
• Strong background in construction scheduling, site logistics, safety management, and subcontractor coordination.
• Ability to read construction drawings, manage project schedules, and resolve complex field challenges.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience with Primavera P6, Procore, or similar construction management technology preferred.
• Experience with healthcare, education, federal, mission‑critical, or other complex commercial projects preferred.
