Job summary

Confidential Employer in Omaha, NE is seeking a Senior Superintendent to lead large, complex commercial construction projects from mobilization through completion on-site in the Omaha region. You will own safety, quality, scheduling, and subcontractor performance, directing multiple teams to deliver on-time, on-budget results.

This hands-on role requires 12+ years of commercial experience and a proven record of leading projects valued at $25M+.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of commercial construction experience with field leadership.
• Experience leading projects valued at $25M+ independently.
• OSHA 30 certification required.
• Strong scheduling, site logistics, safety management, and subcontractor coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily field operations on large, complex commercial construction projects from mobilization through completion.
• Own jobsite safety, quality, scheduling, subcontractor performance, and overall project execution.
• Coordinate multiple subcontractors, field teams, and trade partners to keep projects running efficiently.
• Develop and manage construction schedules, manpower plans, site logistics, and look‑ahead schedules.
• Partner with Project Managers, architects, engineers, and owners to solve challenges and deliver outstanding results.
• Anticipate project risks, resolve field issues, and maintain high standards for safety, productivity, and quality.
• Mentor Superintendents and field personnel, helping build a strong, accountable, high‑performing team.

Location: La Vista / Omaha, NE – On-site. Take charge of exciting commercial construction projects throughout the Omaha region while working alongside a collaborative, experienced leadership team. Qualifications

• 12+ years of commercial construction experience, including significant Superintendent or field leadership responsibilities.
• Proven experience independently leading commercial construction projects valued at $25M+.
• OSHA 30 certification required.
• Strong background in construction scheduling, site logistics, safety management, and subcontractor coordination.
• Ability to read construction drawings, manage project schedules, and resolve complex field challenges.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience with Primavera P6, Procore, or similar construction management technology preferred.
• Experience with healthcare, education, federal, mission‑critical, or other complex commercial projects preferred.
