Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Superintendent in Colorado to lead complex commercial construction projects with emphasis on aerospace, SCIF, laboratory, and secure facility work. You will run projects, coordinate subcontractors, maintain schedules, enforce safety standards, manage quality, document T&M work, and communicate professionally with clients and project teams.

The ideal candidate brings 8+ years of field experience, Procore proficiency, and a track record in mission-critical environments.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of commercial construction field experience.
• Strong knowledge of safety, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, quality control, and field documentation.
• Experience managing T&M work.
• OSHA 30 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily field operations, subcontractor coordination, site logistics, safety, schedule, quality, and inspections.
• Manage aerospace, SCIF, laboratory, secure facility, technical TI, and other complex commercial projects.
• Maintain daily reports, photos, punch lists, look-aheads, and project documentation in Procore.
• Track and document T&M work, including labor, materials, equipment, tickets, approvals, and backup.
• Review drawings, RFIs, submittals, schedules, specifications, and field changes.
• Enforce OSHA standards, company safety policies, and project-specific safety/security requirements.
• Communicate proactively with Project Managers, clients, design teams, inspectors, subcontractors, and leadership.
• Mentor younger superintendents, assistant superintendents, foremen, and field staff.
